WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will be a key driver of onboard learning and development, translating business priorities into impactful training solutions while fostering engagement in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
· Design and deliver classroom and online training, ensuring quality and engagement.
· Identify learning needs and translate them into targeted initiatives.
· Analyze KPIs (revenue, NPS, complaints, turnover) to improve performance through training.
· Manage onboard mentoring programs, supporting integration and development.
· Support managers in coaching and on-the-job training.
· Promote learning and increase participation through effective communication.
· Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and reporting.
· Integrate safety (HESS) and sustainability into training activities.
WHO YOU ARE
You bring solid experience in training and development and a strong drive to create impact in an international, fast-paced environment where learning makes the difference.
Required
· Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent), preferably in Human Resources, Education, Psychology or related fields
· Experience in Language and soft skills training delivery; experience in instructional design is a plus
· Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· English and Italian knowledge at least at B2 level
· Organizational, analytical and business-oriented mindset
Nice to have
· Background in Hospitality & Tourism or experience in multicultural environments
· Experience in English teaching or learning delivery in international contexts
