WHAT YOU WILL DO

Working at the intersection of people, performance and culture, you will lead the HR agenda onboard, ensuring alignment with global strategy while driving engagement and operational excellence across a multicultural environment.

• Lead and execute the onboard HR strategy, aligning people priorities with business goals

• Drive employee engagement, retention and performance across departments

• Partner with senior onboard leaders to support decision-making and team effectiveness

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and development processes, ensuring consistency and quality

• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company HR policies

WHO YOU ARE

You bring proven leadership experience, ownership and the ability to create impact in complex, multicultural and fast-paced environments.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field

• At least 3 years of experience managing staff

• At least 2 years of experience in Recruiting and Industrial Relations

• Strong competencies in investigations, negotiation, conflict resolution, coaching, counseling and disciplinary supervision

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• English knowledge at C1 level

• Knowledge of Italian at C1 level

• Knowledge of a third language among French, German, Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin (at least B2 level)

Nice to have

• Background in cruise, hospitality or similar industries leading global teams
